素食3 - 汤类食品

素食的汤类食品又有多么的新奇和让人难以想象呢?

今天我也别出心裁为大家挑选了一品好喝的汤水。

不卖关子了， 就是一盅比较特别又有点洋化的[番茄芝麻星星]汤。

请看以下材料的总汇吧!

1。 芝麻星星
- 1 个已经搅拌成形的面粉星星形模型。
- 在面粉星星模型上涂上一些炼奶。
- 2 或者3 汤匙的芝麻栗子。

2。汤底
- 2 汤匙的橄榄油。
- 1 个洋葱， 切片。
- 3 个蒜米， 切片。
- 1。5公斤的番茄， 切片。
- 5-6 拔丝叶片， 切片。
- 1 公升的菜汤底。
- 1 杯牛奶。
- 少许 盐分和一点黑胡椒粉。
- 2 汤匙的拔丝叶片。

准备好材料之后， 把装备的碗放进微波炉里烘调至200度。

Tomato soup with sesame stars.

1. Preheat oven to 200celcius.

2 .Grease a baking tray.

3. To make sesame stars, use a star-shaped biscuit cutter to cut shapes from the puff pastry.

4. Brush stars with milk, then press on enough sesame seeds to completely cover the topo of each biscuit.

5. Place onto the prepared try and bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden.

6. Place on a wire rack (you can serve them warm or cold).

7. To make tomato soup, heat oil in a saucepan, add onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes.

8. Add tomatoes and basil leaves and cook until tomatoes start to soften and break down.

9. Add stock and simmer for 25-30 minutes.

10. Pour soup into a bowl and leave to a cool a little, then blend in a food processor or blender.

11. Pour through a sieve back into saucepan.

12. Add milk and reheat but do not boil.

13. Check for seasoning.

14. Serve with sesame stars on the side.
